In order for the website to appear at the top of the search engine results and to be as agile as possible to use, we performed comprehensive search engine optimization and speed optimization and made sure that the site also works flawlessly on mobile. Finally, we produced the contents for some of the recruitment pages in cooperation with the personnel service, and we also started implementing successful Instagram, Facebook, and Google advertising.

In just the first two months, we were able to obtain a total of 240 job applications for Masters, which far exceeds the goals we set together.
We reached interested people with successful Facebook and Instagram ads (128 applicants), interactive bots installed on the site (67 applicants) and high-quality keyword advertising (81 applicants). Our social media ads alone reached a total of more than 350,000 people.

Thanks to our comprehensive marketing, Mestarit has been able to speed up its recruitment, improve its competitiveness in the market and grow its business considerably in the short term. Currently, the personnel service has 160 temporary workers in the field and the company's turnover exceeds 8 million euros.
