Mähöne is a Finnish kalsar house, whose goal is to produce the best kalsars in the world.

Mähöne Brothers has quality and passion for its field, but the old online store seemed to be behind its time. In addition, it was difficult to start developing and expanding the online store.

Mähöne had previously tried to acquire a new online store elsewhere, but the project did not proceed according to the agreed schedule. When we started the cooperation, we started implementing the reform without delay.

Achievement

We were contacted by Mähöne Brothers when the old online store seemed to be out of date. Since the former e-commerce platform was very limited, it was challenging to start developing the e-commerce at that time.

Half a year earlier, Mähöne had ordered a completely new online store from another operator. Since the other operator had not received the started project after half a year, Mähöne turned to us. We started the process by going through the problems of online shopping at the time and the goals of the reform together with Mähönen.

When we started working together, we first built a bilingual online store for Mähönen and added integrations to different advertising platforms. We finished the project quickly, i.e. in just over two weeks. Mähöne was very satisfied with the service he received.

Score

Our goal to renew and improve the online store was successful, as the store's sales have been on a growing trend. Mähönen's online store conversion has increased from 1.5% to 3%.

The conversion rate is a percentage that measures the conversion of website visitors into customers. For example, a 2% conversion means that 2 out of 100 visitors make a purchase decision. Generally, 2%-5% is considered a good conversion rate.
